I believe that growth happens when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable while being authentically seen by another. In the safety of our therapeutic relationship we will explore what has shaped you and understand what changes you would like to make in order to live your best life. Together we will sort through barriers and help you reconnect to yourself. My role is to walk compassionately beside you on your journey and support you in your own self-discovery.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT # 81536) and a Registered Art Therapist. I received my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont. My post-graduate clinical training included working in elementary, middle and high schools as a counselor as well as in a community clinic setting with children, families and adults.
